(Boca Raton, Florida) -- Kenyetta N. Alexander, a Partner at Osherow, PLLC, a South Florida law firm, has been elected to the Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law Board of Governors, announced by Board Chair Douglas McIntosh. She joins three other local lawyers in the Class of 2026.
Alexander, a 2006 graduate of the NSU College of Law, is an experienced commercial litigator with more than 15 years of experience, having handled a wide range of complex disputes in both federal and state courts, as well as before FINRA and the American Arbitration Association. She focuses her practice on business and commercial litigation involving various issues concerning business, partnership and corporate disputes, as well as construction, real estate, probate and labor and employment law.
“This appointment represents a pinnacle of my career so far,” said Alexander. “I’m looking forward to giving back to the University that gave so much to me during law school and helped mold me to become the attorney I am today.”
Alexander earned her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from LaGrange College in LaGrange, Georgia. In 2021, she was honored by the March of Dimes as a Woman of Distinction. She currently chairs the ADR Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, is a member of the Craig S. Barnard Inns of Court, a Committee Member for the 2022 March of Dimes Woman of Distinction and a Member of Camelot’s Advisory Board, which assists Camelot Community Care foster relationships in the community to bring together foster children with foster parents
